What can the voucher be used on?
RedBalloon gift vouchers are used on the RedBalloon websites and are used as currency towards anything on offer on those sites.
What is the validity of the voucher?
What happens to unused balances?
Unused balances will remain on the voucher until depleted, or until the voucher expires, whichever occurs first.
Does it have to be used all in one go?
No, you may use your voucher as payment towards anything on the RedBalloon websites (with the exception of other gift cards or vouchers). Unused balances will remain on the voucher until depleted, or until the voucher expires, whichever occurs first.
Can I personalise the voucher?
Yes. We offer voucher personalisation options, including the co-branding of the voucher with your company logo, as well as custom message options. Available both in digital and print.
Can I replace a lost voucher?
Yes, we can recover and replace lost vouchers if they’re yet to be used. You must have the name of the recipient if you’ve purchased more than one at a time, so as to determine which is which. We can assist with this at the purchase phase.
What format do vouchers come in?
Printed vouchers are delivered via express post in gift envelopes. Digital vouchers available via email or URLs.
Can I choose the layout and change the design to suit my needs?
No. However you can co-brand the voucher and personalise the messages.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes. On a case by case basis. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
At what point is FBT a consideration?
$300. Employee gifts of $300 or more incur FBT. Consult your finance team or the ATO for further advice.
