Now RedBalloon has more than 3000 business clients either self-serving by purchasing vouchers online, or operating sophisticated programs designed by our consultants. Each business has specific needs, and each program is different.

Which is why it makes sense to expand the offering of RedBalloon for Business to include the REDii.com online points platform. Until now, REDii has operated as a separate business and a sister company within the Big Red Group, but from April 24, 2020, REDii.com customers join this larger enterprise and team.

This means providing a fuller range of services to both customer groups, without disruptive change to operations from a customer perspective. So whether it’s through experience vouchers, ad hoc corporate gifting or point platform programs, RedBalloon for Business is better positioned than ever to help businesses foster engagement and a positive brand experience for their team.
